Pickup & Local Delivery

Local pickup is free and available by appointment only. After purchase, Estate of Creative will contact the buyer to arrange a pickup day and time. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help and a vehicle suitable for safe transport.

Local delivery is available within designated delivery zones. Delivery is scheduled after purchase, and we will contact the buyer within one business day to confirm timing, parking, stairs, access, and placement details.

Delivery fees cover standard ground-floor delivery within the selected checkout zone. Stairs, elevators, long carries, restricted access, or special placement may require an additional fee, communicated and agreed upon before delivery is scheduled.

Buyers are responsible for measuring all relevant doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and the intended room before purchase. Estate of Creative is not responsible for furniture that cannot fit through a buyer’s access points or into the intended space.

Delivery dates and arrival windows are coordinated after purchase. Please inspect your item at pickup or delivery and notify us of a material issue within 24 hours.
