Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Estate of Creative sells curated pre-owned, vintage, and one-of-a-kind furniture. Each item is photographed and described individually, including visible wear, imperfections, and condition details.

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted after pickup or delivery except where required by applicable law.

Buyers are encouraged to review all photos, dimensions, condition notes, delivery details, and pickup requirements before purchasing. Please contact us with any questions before placing an order.

A cancellation request may be considered only before pickup or delivery has been scheduled or completed. Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover non-refundable payment-processing costs.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that purchased furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and the intended space. Refunds are not provided because an item does not fit, a buyer changes their mind, or access is unsuitable.

If an item arrives materially different from its listing description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution.
